For rescheduling, the first date change is free if done at least 5 days in advance. Subsequent changes incur a ₹500 administrative fee. Are there different anchoring options for different surfaces?
Yes, we use appropriate anchoring methods based on your venue surface. For grass or soil surfaces, we use heavy-duty metal stakes driven deep into the ground for maximum stability. For hard surfaces like concrete, tiles, or rooftops where staking isn’t possible, we use weighted anchoring systems with sand/water weights (typically 20-30 kg per leg for larger tents). For terrace setups, we can use weighted plates that distribute load safely without damaging waterproofing. Our team assesses your venue during setup and uses the most appropriate anchoring method.
Can I see the actual canopy tent before booking?
Absolutely! We welcome potential clients to visit our storage facility in Kandivali to see our canopy tent inventory. This allows you to check the quality firsthand, understand size differences, and see available colors and accessories. Alternatively, we can share detailed photos and videos of our equipment via WhatsApp or email.
